This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing excellent and friendly customer service, check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, referral management, and collections.

THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME ONLY Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills and must be comfortable speaking with patients in a friendly and personable manner Must demonstrate professionalism Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn Must be organized, efficient, and have great critical thinking skills as well as an investigational attitude Excellent computer and telephone skills Excellent communication skills Detail oriented This position is subject to a pre-employment background and drug screen.
