00 an hour We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead (Safety Trainer) on both 1st and 2nd shift in our Kyle, TX location.
The main focus of a warehouse trainer is to be a mentor to all new employees.
Your responsibilities in this career include training and ensuring new associates understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations.
Other key elements of this position would include:
Certified trainer for PIT and Company Policies and safety requirements.
Assist with Safety Audits, Safety Meetings, and Safety Talks.
Daily waste walks identifying any compliance or safety issues and helping to put action in place to resolve issues.
Review Dock Inspection reports, gather documents and create and maintain folders.
Assist with Incident Investigations.
