Hybrid Receptionist Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team.
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries directed to the general company email address.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This position typically works in an office environment as needed (Hybrid) Regular hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends (on-call) required.
