Essential Duties:
Provides feedback to all clinical staff about their performance Manages the clinical support team.
Works closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians to keep the clinic operations running smoothly.
Assist Administrator with orientation of newly hired clinical staff; and assigns preceptors as needed Manages full time equivalent productivity expectation Conducts audits Creates an environment that yields efficient and effective work processes.
Provides direct feedback to others; responds to staff issues quickly and directly.
Supervises, orients and trains clinic team members to ensure all policies, established practices and standards are followed.
Implements approved policies and procedures that reflect elements essential to rendering high quality care Ensures that the professional standards of all facilities are maintained Promotes staff development Responsible for professional growth of team Follows company policies and procedures Maintain petty cash change fund and reconciliation of fund daily Performs these and all other duties as assigned by the Administrator Able to travel to multiple locations
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrates management and leadership characteristics.
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking Outstanding written and verbal communication and computer skills Experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills and must be comfortable speaking with patients in a friendly and personable manner Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn Must be organized, efficient, and have great critical thinking skills as well as an investigational attitude Detail oriented High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
Experience:
Progressive management/leadership experience working in a healthcare environment.
Clinical experience preferably in a pain management This position is subject to a pre-employment background and drug screen.
