This individual is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

They pay close attention to detail, and they have the ability to problem solve autonomously.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Organize and schedule appointments using Outlook Calendar - Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, and proofreading - Transcribe and file documents as needed - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Assist with data entry tasks as required - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other office software programs - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation - Ability to anticipate needs - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment where you will gain valuable experience in various administrative tasks.

30 Monday through Friday, hour off for lunch.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
