Water Works Express Car Wash Water Works Express Car Wash Kyle, TX Kyle, TX Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Manage daily operations; direct and monitor workflow to maintain optimal production levels and ensure exceptional customer service Grow membership base and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors Anticipate and actively listen to customer needs; facilitate prompt and positive resolution of customer issues or concerns Establish and document performance goals and provide ongoing staff training and development Ensure continuous improvement of employee performance through skill assessment, coaching, performance review, recognition/incentives, and corrective action planning Generate and manage employee work schedules in accordance with current and projected service needs; coordinate daily labor activities, ensuring coverage during peak times Effectively communicate and exemplify professional behavior and company values Execute site inspections for cleanliness and safety, ensuring equipment is in working order and the site is clean, neat, attractive, and safe for employees and customers Supervise equipment maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, and maintain accurate service records Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation Coordinate site safety plan and government regulatory compliance Qualifications At least one year experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service industry Proven leadership competencies, including sound decision-making and judgment, initiative, goal orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and conflict management Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Team orientation with the ability to foster unity, create a positive work environment, and motivate others Basic knowledge of computer software systems, including word processing and POS software Bilingual preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay (weekly) Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training and development Free employee car washes Fun, inclusive, positive work environment Job Type:
