Who makes sure our residents are at home and their needs are met and deliver flexible housing solutions.
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the day to day operations, utilizing all resources to accomplish property objectives and operational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations, property budget and organization of the property management office and maintenance Ensure collections of rent, deposits, and fees Responsible for planning and controlling expenditures in order to obtain products and services at a minimum cost.
To initiate, review and approve payables within products with authorized spending limits Provide training, supervision and support to community employees Timely apartment ready turns to show in 3-5 days Provide marketing reports and strategies Qualifications Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Real Page, or Resman Knowledge in Low income and Affordable Housing Prior experience with 300
units Minimum 3
years of experience as a Community Manager CPM or CAM certificates are preferred but not required Strong customer services, communication, and organizational skills Detailed orientated and ability to multitask Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations professionally Job Type:
